As an Instructional Designer, based out of our corporate headquarters in Lake Success (Long Island), NY, your primary mission will be instructional design and developing self-paced web-based training, on-line synchronous training and classroom training. Your proven project management skills, coupled with knowledge of the principles of good design and the processes used to achieve it, will be essential in allowing you to hit the ground running. Through the development process, your strong partnership with subject matter experts will prove to be critical as you gain a thorough understanding of what each stakeholder wishes to accomplish – be it technology, sales, marketing or dealer-related objectives. As you understand and communicate complex analytical and/or quantitative concepts, we will rely on your strong business communication skills and web and multimedia authoring tools experience to help increase our team’s sales effectiveness.
