Circulation Sales Representative, 17176-MCN

Our client, a media firm in Boston, is looking for a Circulation Sales Representative.

 

Responsibilities include: Make a target of 150 calls, or a minimum of 100 sales calls each day that result in a target of 20-25, and a minimum of 12, new sales per week. Contact subscribers originally sold by the sales representative or from lists provided by the Circulation Director for subscription renewals. 

 

Performance will be considered successful when you exhibit a true team spirit with members of the staff, encouraging and supporting peers to surpass individual and team goals while fostering a good working relationship within this and other departments.  Sales representative must treat colleagues in a professional and respectful manner at all times.

 

Circulation Sales Representatives will assist with incoming calls and over-the-counter sales as necessary.  Additional duties will include problem resolution and coordination with the Circulation Marketing Coordinator of customer service issues.
