Contract Specialist

Reed Technology and Information Services (RTIS), is a leading provider of data capture, conversion, and management services supporting the processing of patent data for the United States Patent & Trademark Office. We are a multi-million dollar corporation and a division of LexisNexis. We currently have an opening for a Contract Specialist in our Horsham, Pennsylvania facility.  Responsibilities include supporting contract and subcontract administration services including: proposal preparation, contract analysis in accordance with RFP requirements, negotiating consulting agreements, teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements.  Requirements include Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, five years experience in federal or commercial contract administration with extensive contract negotiation experience. Experience in administering contract management databases, sound knowledge of contract law and the uniform commercial code. In depth knowledge of FAR and its supplements is essential.
