As a Corporate Benefits Specialist based out of our corporate headquarters in Lake Success-Long Island, NY, your primary mission will be to interact with external benefits vendors and internal HR, finance and other divisions, as well as administer the family medical leave, disability leave and 401k plan/profit sharing programs offered to our employees. Crucial to your success would be your strength in analysis of hardship applications, compliance, loan delinquencies and financial reconciliations. In addition to conducting the annual open benefits enrollment for active and COBRA participants, your benefits administration skills will be called upon to support various health and welfare programs including life insurance, FSA and claims administration. Strong communication skills and MS Office skills will be highly beneficial in this role as you prepare benefits communication materials, write and maintain procedure manuals, and review and consolidate financial and benefits reports for company executives. Your ability to maintain strong professionalism will be essential to this position as you will be handling confidential and personal information on a daily basis.
