Corporate Training Specialist

Develops, creates and delivers training and courseware for computer, job and performance based skill training by using the training development model, department processes and documentation/delivery standards. Courseware, based on thorough analysis of project scope, customer needs and attributes, may include user manuals, workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, job aids, handouts, self-paced and other appropriate methods. Follows up on evaluation feedback and process changes to ensure effective and efficient delivery of skill training. Delivers exceptional training in classroom and one-on-one environments.
Coordinates training schedules, materials and resources as well as promotes company standards for supporting technical and process questions with minimal guidance of a manager.
Training development and delivery content to include: job performance, Yellow Book USA software and hardware systems, processes, policies, and procedures. Specialists are also required to support training related efforts for proprietary and non-proprietary applications (MS Office, etc.) used in all departments.

High school graduate or equivalent required. 2 year college degree or 1-2 years in teaching/training/development experience required.
