This position is also responsible for oversight of creative output to ensure that creative execution matches marketing?s strategic vision. Responsibilities include: Project Management * Assigning project teams * Building and monitoring schedules * Serving as chief liaison with Creative Strategic Managers, Marketing Segment Managers and Direct Mail Managers * Monitoring adherence to schedules * Reviewing creative to ensure that together, message and design support strategy * Maintaining relationships with freelancers - negotiating freelance rates People Management * Mentoring and leading staff development * Managing performance of writers, designers, graphic coordinator/specialist Technology Management * Keeping abreast of technical/training needs * Writing rationales for software/hardware needsQualifications Qualifications; Minimum of 4 years combined relevant education and work experience Working knowledge of current design software ( InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Flash, and Dreamweaver)Other Information The preferred level of education for this position is Bachelor's Level Degree.The preferred years of experience for this position is 4 years.Closing Statement We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package as well as a real opportunity for career growth in a growing organization.
