Position Description:

Reed Business Information has an exciting opportunity within its Order Entry & Billing Department for a Customer Contracts Coordinator. This role ensures all pertinent advertising order information is input and processed accurately prior to close dates.

Qualifications:

Respnsibilities include, but are not limited to:•Ensures all pertinent advertising order information is input and processed accurately prior to close dates oEnters, maintains, processes and updates computerized database file with client information for advertising space, space information/adjustments, special instructions and ancillary product sales for assigned publications.oAudit insertion orders for Corporate/ SOX complianceoMaintains flow of orders with other DepartmentsoResponds to customer inquiries regarding invoice•Maintains sales territory information accurately in system to ensure commissions are tracked and paid correctly through order entry and Publisher’s Workbench programs•Audit products prior to sending to the Billing Department for invoicing ensuring the ads have run correctly•Communicates with agencies/clients and sales people regarding rates, schedules, and insertion orders. •Adjusts invoices as requested by Publisher/as dictated by circumstances•Researches credit issuesoProvides documentation to credit departmentoEnsures any errors in invoices are identified and corrected in a timely fashionQualifications:The qualified candiate will have a a minimum of 1 - 2 years in order entry, preferably in advertising, publishign or online environment. Must excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills. Must be able to manage multiple projects/tasks effective.
