Customer Relationship Manager (Inside Sales)

In addition to a strong work ethic, successful candidates in this position will have:five or more years of successful sales experience or proactive customer service experienceproven prospecting and closing abilitya strong record of growing accounts through upselling and adding services.

 

In this role, you will be required to retain and upsell customer accounts by:developing relationships with CEOs, VPs, and other high level decision makers,establishing and building value in our product/service and aligning that value with the customer’s needs,attending trade shows, conferences, or vendor visits approximately two times per year.
