Customer Service Account Manager with Print Industry Experience

CSR with Print Manufacturing or Magazine Publishing Experience

 

The success of our company - Calev Print Media- lies in our ability to offer  strategic paper and print managementsolutions to our clients.  As a Customer Service Representative, youwill play an integral part in delivering that solution. 

 

Youwill be responsible for taking your clients' jobs from start to finish.The qualified candidate will be able to use their printing knowledge toanalyze quotes and other project related information for accuracy. Youwill work with both clients and vendors to maintain schedules andadherence to quoted prices.  You must be able to effectivelycommunicate each job's progress, both internally and externally, andmaintain meticulous documentation, to allow accuracy for billing.  Mostimportantly you must be able to develop and maintain positive businessrelationships with both clients and vendors, as well as work wellwithin the Calev Print Media family.

 

Requirements:A minimum of 2 years working as a CSR for a commercial printer or in print production for a magazine publisher Knowledge of web printing and the manufacturing process Excellent written and verbal skills in English Ability and confidence to negotiate effectively with vendors Ability to communicate effectively with customers regarding their print orders, while remaining sensitive to their needs Proficiencyin navigating a Windows-based network, and the Worldwide Web, createand copy files, perform ftp uploads and downloads, on-line research,etc. Proficiency in creating spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, performing mail merges, creating labels, etc. Knowledge of ACT! or other contact management software Not required but desired is some proficiency on a Mac
