Customer Service - Technical Printing

Customer Service / Technical Account Manager

 

This position works as a liaison between the customer and sales to develop the specs for new parts.  Utilizes artwork and/or blueprints to determine the layout of each part, required raw materials (inks, substrates, coatings, etc.), tooling and equipment requirements. This position works closely with the customer, sales, customer service and production. Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills will be needed to succeed in this position.

 

Position requirements include:Minimum 2 years customer service experienceArtwork and blueprint review experienceExperience with pre-press and equipment process knowledge a plusAbility to understand technical aspects of printing processThorough knowledge of Word, Excel and order management systemsProduction planning or inventory control experience a plusFlexibility and Multi-tasking capabilities
