Director, Digital Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated, polished, sales professional to join our non-automotive business team based in New York. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic fun environment with magazines such as: Surfer, Power and MotorYacht, Sail Magazine, Home Theater Magazine and Shutterbug, as well as some leading web only products such as Equine.com and Ultimate AV. The ideal candidate will be selling to national advertisers for all of these sites. Qualifications:*2-3 years experience selling online advertising for an established name brand site or sites*Previous sales management experience preferred*College degree preferred *Proven track record of growing revenue *Experience working with a sales team, with proven success in building ad revenue.*Must be a creative thinker who can take an idea from concept to completion. *Strong interpersonal skills are required as the right candidate will be working with all levels of employees. *Excellent oral and written communications skills.
