Your tasks
The Random House Sales Group seeks a sales Director to work with the Random House Publishing Services division.

Candidate will direct efforts of Sales Managers and sales associates for achievement of annual RHPS Sales goals. Additional responsibilities include: Communicate with the clients, identifying and responding to trends in all Sales channels. Managing Client expectations on sales goals. Develop RHPS client growth strategies, assisting in sales plans, forecast, and tracking. Devise and lead seasonal Span title meetings. Assist clients in the development of their lists. Partner with clients on strategies for key title advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotional efforts. Assist in the formulation of long term objectives and facilitate their practical application. Coordinates and communicates weekly priorities. Develops new ideas and pursues new business opportunities. Performs other related projects or duties as assigned or required by Division.

Our requirements
Ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, be highly organized and computer literate. Management and Leadership skills are essential as well as strong time management and good judgment Ability to work independently and willingness to travel required

College graduate and/or equivalent business experience. 3 to 5 plus years of sales experience needed.
