Electro Mechanical Technician

Job Description: Employer is currently seeking a full time temporary Electro Mechanical Technician who is customer service oriented, career-minded, and able to work in a fast paced production environment. Major Duties:  Proactively schedule and perform preventative maintenance, trouble-shoot customer reported problems  Proactively monitor, schedule, and prioritize tasks to maximize customer satisfaction  Work in a high performance team environment  Build and help strengthen strong customer relationships  Plan and perform equipment upgrades and new installations  Key Skills:  A minimum of 1 year experience in technical service for complex business equipment (i.e. mailing equipment, inserters, laser/thermal printers, kiosks, copiers, facsimile machines, LAN, telecommunications equipment, ATM machines)  A minimum of 1 year experience using electronic trouble-shooting equipment  A minimum of 1 year proven technical knowledge with computer hardware, Windows NT, and networking, Customer Relationship building, Swing arm inserter experience a plus. Ability to understand electronics and troubleshoot to a component level using test equipment. Must be able to lift 40lbs. of tools  Must be willing to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts  Clear driving record and reliable transportation required  Drug/Criminal/Driving background checks required.
