Coordinates all aspects of electronic marketing to support all Wiley-Blackwell products and markets in collaboration with Product Marketers and e-marketing team.

The primary responsibilities of this role will include: E-marketing Create HTML e-marketing campaigns to meet objectives set forth by internal product marketing “customers” Collaborate with product marketing to ensure e-marketing best practices are used on all e-marketing campaigns Establish e-marketing expertise by employing feedback/e-marketing best practices from e-marketing teammates to ensure campaigns achieve requested metrics Complete e-marketing HTML coding and provide to teammates for distribution to deadlines based on schedule Provide general e-marketing support by proofing colleagues' e-marketing campaigns before distribution, looking for accuracy and possible tweaks that may impact success of campaign Research Plug into the online marketing world and work with teammates to find new and inventive ways to market in the online environment Attend seminars and online webinars to learn about e-marketing technology and trends Learn from teammates by applying information they’ve discovered in researching latest e-marketing trends, testing results, etc. and working with them to develop strategies for implementation Constantly update HTML templates to maximize deliverability Search for efficiencies in the e-marketing creation process Projects Assist on e-marketing projects Promotion of E-marketing Department Work to raise the status of the Wiley-Blackwell e-marketing program across the company by assisting in the development of company communications to internal customer base

Qualifications: At least 1 years of demonstrated of online-/e-marketing experience or training Strong working knowledge of HTML; experience with HTML editing software a plus Two-year college degree, preferably focused in sales/marketing/communications, or equivalent work experience
Must have proven time management skills, capable of effectively multi-tasking in a busy environment, meeting deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks Must be highly attentive to detail and have strong analytical skills with the ability to independently solve problems Must be extremely well organized and detail oriented with demonstrated effective follow-up skills Requires excellent verbal, written and listening skills; strong intrapersonal skills at all levels of business Normal working hours, some requirements to work out of hours, dependent on work demands and necessity of up to 10% travel (which may include weekends).
