Should have understanding of Web Services, WSDL, RAD/Eclipse IDE, XML Schemas, XML parsing, SOAP, MQ/JMS, REST, WS-I, WS-Security, RDBMS concepts. Must have hands on Web service development on J2EE platform. Candidates should have deployed the web services in production environment would be preferred.
