Estimating Manager 2801

Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for monitoring estimating work flow, and the ensurance of timeliness of quotes in this printing company.  The right person will supervise the estimating, scheduling and planning staff and provide analytical costs and production support to management in regards to cost reporting accuracy, cost effectiveness and reports on overruns/underruns.  The incumbent will also work hands on with production to improve accuracy of estimates, will work on improvement in the area of job production, and will have a strong understanding of print/manufacturing capabilities.   The right person will have the following background and experience: Extensive experience of print production. Strong supervisory, leadership and management experience.
