Fixed Asset Analyst
This individual will be responsible for servicing operating units by performing their various accounting duties. The position will also carry responsibility for the timely and accurate processing of major accounting information for the company. Candidate must be proficient in the areas of account reconciliation, problem solving, process improvement, and financial analysis. This position requires a wide range of skills, including the processing of transactions in the general ledger system, working well with others in a team atmosphere, supporting the month end closing process, and reconciling the general ledger to sub ledgers for key areas of responsibility.QualificationsB.S. in Accounting or Finance required3-5 years overall experience in Accounting or Finance requiredKnowledge of GAAP and proficient with fundamental accounting concepts and proceduresExperience in system troubleshooting and delivering solutions to produce a desired outputStrong PC skills, strong knowledge of Excel and Access required. These skills will be used improve and streamline internal processing and reporting.
