General Manager 2795

Reporting to a Corporate Level Division VP, the incumbent will be responsible for total operational responsibility of this 45,000 sq ft faculty providing digital output services and mailing for critical document communications. Primarily, this facility handles repetitive 1st class mail programs. The site is a highly profitable service unit with annual revenues of approximately $13MM. The site employees 60-70 FTE's with fluctuation due to seasonality.  This facility is in need of leadership that can “take it to the next level of performance” which will include the standardization of workflow internally and with individual customers, so that all or part of the work will be able to send to sister facilities.  Another key challenge will be working with shipping partners, including USPS, to maximize efficiencies and cost saving opportunities. Desired Skill Set· Thorough knowledge and experience in statement rendering, including highly automated folding and insertion equipment and digital output (printing), with variable data capabilities.· Proven track record of managing Sales and Operations environments that are service natured rather then product focused.  This would include customer visits and assisting sales with closing business based on company/facility capabilities.· Experience in operations workflow, process improvement and total quality management.· Thorough knowledge of USPS mailing requirements and associated regulations· Excellent root cause / corrective action assessment skills.· Strong financial analysis skills with respect to tying quantitative results to qualitative analysis and correction· P.C.-based computer literacy.  Working knowledge of Windows, MS-Office Suite, Visio, and Project Management.· Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Additional Requirements · Bachelor’s degree, is required, MBA preferred. · 12 -15 years industry experience in related digital printing, mailing and distribution services.· Minimum 7 years in senior leadership and management experience.· Demonstration of successful site management experience and skills. Competitive salary, excellent benefits, and career advancement opportunity exist. If you are interested in being considered for this position and possess the above qualifications, please send your resume in MS Word format by email to raw@mrctv.com  Rick WillitsManaging DirectorMRC TEAM EXCELLENCE raw@mrctv.com  Visit our website at www.mrctv.com    MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
