HR Manager

Provides leadership to assigned management team and employees and ensures Human Resource objectives are aligned with business strategic goals through effective employee relations, compensation, staffing, training, organizational development, safety and change management strategies. Fosters employee involvement at all levels.QualificationsBachelors degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent job experience, knowledge and skills.Must have a proven record of accomplishment, preferably in a fast paced, manufacturing environment. Experience in process improvement, process management and TQM a plus.Supervisory or managerial experience preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written, at all levels.Good negotiation/persuasive and conflict management skills. Process improvement ability.Ability to successfully facilitate large meetings/training sessions.Strong, pragmatic results orientation. Must possess sense of urgency, flexibility, creativity, and be decisive in approach. Must be a team player with strong computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Suite, ACCESS, PeopleSoft and BrassRing systems.
