HRIS Manager (Peoplesoft)

The HRIS Manager will provide support and reporting to various Payroll/HR functions with a heavy focus but not limited to Payroll and Benefits Administration. You will be responsible for managing system upgrades and enhancements as well as troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions. As the HRIS Manager, you will act as a liaison between Payroll and IT and HR.

Your essential duties and responsibilities will include the following:

• Support Peoplesoft Payroll and Benefits by providing resolution to data Issues impacting Payroll processing
• Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running audit reports and reviewing results with process groups for updating
• Streamline and improve current processes while providing daily operations and support to end users
• Determine business requirements and translate into functional requirements
• Recommend and document solutions to system functionality and process
• Develop ad hoc queries using Peoplesoft Query or other reporting tools including Excel
• Perform system maintenance and extensive testing
• Perform Peoplesoft HRMS table set up and maintenance

Candidate should have 4+ years of functional HRIS experience of Peoplesoft 8.8 or higher in the Payroll, Base Benefits & Ben Admin applications. You must have a strong functional knowledge of Human Resources/Payroll and be able to work effectively with multiple technologies including Excel, Peoplesoft and Crystal Reporting, and multiple database platforms and reporting applications. You must also have demonstrated experience in business processes redesign, strong analytical and problem solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with PS Time & Labor and Manager Self Service a plus
