Human Resources Manager
Time Inc., a division of Time Warner, is seeking an HR Generalist to work with multiple clients based at its division headquarters at Rockefeller Center.
Reporting to the VP of HR, this individual will be responsible for providing support to upwards of 800 employees in dynamic business units such as InStyle, Real Simple and Entertainment Weekly magazines.
Responsibilities include: change management and ongoing support for business unit reorganizations, managing employee relations issues and related investigations, guiding line managers in administration of policies and procedures, talent management, compensation administration, training and development support, and coaching managers in performance management.
The successful candidate will have:
2-5 years solid HR generalist experience
Solid understanding of business fundamentals
Strong ability to build relationships and inspire trust at all levels
Proven ability to manage the “gray”
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Advanced degree in HR a plus
