Inside Sales/Marketing Manager 2799

Reporting to the General Manager, this individual will be tasked with leading the Marketing and Sales functions.  Responsible for directing team to define market requirements utilizing market and customer research and other available data sources. Direct the activities of database marketing and inside sales personnel for tactical marketing execution of new market development and overall marketing and support of existing and new products. Key requirements include 7-10 years in marketing with a demonstrated track record of success in strategy development, people management, and project development.  Bachelor's degree in marketing or related business discipline.  The ideal candidate will have experience working in a B2B outbound telemarketing environment.  Must have previous experience with Direct Mail.  Also helpful is experience in senior management of a call center, experience in creating plans and building/managing campaigns to attain goals.  A successful track record in sales and marketing, in positions of increasing responsibility.  Call center accounting and financial results reporting is helpful.   Key functions will include working with sales to identify new product needs, new markets and business areas and develop strategies to pursue them.  Recruit, develop and train/retain talented people to achieve targeted, strategic objectives.
