Specific scope of responsibilities for this management position is:

Client engineering for Windows based PCs (O/S and Office Productivity)

Client engineering for McIntosh based PCs (O/S and Office Productivity)

Exchange 2007 Unified Messaging Server

Blackberry Enterprise Server

Active Directory

Network Services (NTP, DNS, WINS)

Systems Monitoring and Management Tools (SCOM 2007, Altiris, etc.)

Security Products (back-end control server and client agents)

Reporting Structure:

This position reports to the Director of Infrastructure Engineering

This position will have 4 - 5 direct reports.

This position will be required to coordinate activities with Infrastructure Operations and Enterprise Architecture groups. Required Experience



Position Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math desired (experience in lieu of degree also acceptable)

Ten years of experience in leading technical teams.

Experience with AD, Windows PC O/S, Windows Server O/S, and security products

Experience engineering, deploying, maintaining PC, Windows Server, and security infrastructure products.

Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid change; able to handle adversity and maintain effectiveness.

Experience delivering presentations to medium and large audiences, and IT departmental management.

Experience in engineering infrastructure products using engineering and project management discipline.
