Marketing Analyst
We are seeking a bright, detail-oriented marketing professional with strong analytical skills to join our Ridgefield Park, NJ team. This exciting position has been newly created to meet the needs of our expanding marketing efforts and growing business. It requires honesty, integrity, enthusiasm, and a positive approach to working with others.

You will be responsible for: Creating reports and providing insight and analyses on our multi- channel marketing efforts. Utilizing internal query tool to query data and provide analyses and perspective. Maintaining regularly scheduled reporting and making enhancements in response to changing needs. Working with internal and external contacts to develop meaningful metrics for evaluating a given program’s success. Providing data to support responsive and informed decision making. Working with the team to design, test and validate processes. Supporting the marketing planning process by performing analyses to identify marketing opportunities. Analyzing results and communicating findings. Ensuring that tests are documented and benchmarked. Utilizing web analytics tools to measure performance and website visitors’ behaviors. Owning and reconciling marketing reporting.Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years’ experience or equivalent college internships for exceptional recent college grads. Must be highly accurate and possess strong quantitative and critical thinking skills. Extensive knowledge of Excel required. Effective written/ verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential.
