Inbound and Outbound Sales - Training Class Start Date: Wednesday, May 28th, 2008

MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
The successful candidate will take inbound and outbound sales calls relating to travel and RV services, club memberships, and products. This position requires the ability to process member requests and to solicit additional sales of various memberships, services and products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use consultative sales techniques to identify member needs and advise on how to maximize club and service features and benefits. Convert customer inquiries into sales through established sales techniques with an emphasis on sales conversion rates and quality objectives. Meet and support department goals and objectives. Use Sales and Service Training to develop extensive knowledge that supports well-informed responses to member inquiries. Receive, respond to, process, and resolve customer calls with an emphasis on providing world class customer service and determining member needs and concerns. Ensure member satisfaction and loyalty by building rapport and establishing long-term member relationships. Receive and resolve membership and product related complaints with an emphasis on customer service.The ideal candidate will enjoy working in an entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment. A college degree or some college is preferred for this position, along with strong sales or outbound experience and customer service background. The ability to work independently and be money motivated is essential. Must have strong interpersonal, organizational, sales, and critical thinking skills. Good written, verbal and listening skills required. Must have basic computer knowledge. Salary range: $10.50 – $15.00 based on performance.
