...to reach out to Director/VP Level Executives in Fortune 2000 organizations to provide comprehensive, customized safety awareness, reinforcement and training programs designed to develop and strengthen strong safety cultures that bring bottom-line impact through reduced worker compensation costs, reduced absenteeism, increased productivity, etc. Using your top-notch needs analysis and diagnostic skills; you will tap into the enormous depth and breadth of Clement's multi-media solutions to enable your clients to maximize safe work behavior throughout their facilities.
Based in Concordville, PA, you will utilize the Internet, Clement database, Clement on-line customer management system, and other information sources to conduct research on targeted accounts, develop and implement your expert strategic sales planning skills from the initial contact to the final close. You will travel to client sites, to participate in trade shows, and industry association meetings/conferences as warranted. Selected individuals will start at a base of $65,000 and gravitate to a $30,000 base by their fifth month. In addition, a very generous commission program for new and repeat business, plus bonuses tied to sales and activity metrics reached in the first year will provide Sales Executives the opportunity to earn $55k-$75k in their first year. Commissions on renewals coupled with new sales will provide an excellent opportunity for increased earnings in subsequent years. Our Sales Incentive Contests further enrich the compensation opportunity.
RequirementsBachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience Minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience requiredMinimum of 3 year successful track record selling to Director / VP Level Executives within Fortune 2000 organizationsMust have excellent telephone selling skillsMinimum of 3 year successful track record in consultative sales involving the development of creative solutions that start at the conceptual and end with the specific-ROI levelsMinimum of 3 year successful track record in closing medium to large transactions; e.g. $5k - $100KMust have 3 year successful track record in effectively networking through large organizations, e.g. the Fortune 2000 Must possess excellent needs analysis & diagnostic sales skills; adept at scoping-out and understanding the customer’s needs, effective at capturing the full sales opportunity Must be articulate and professional – possess strong oral communication skills Must be available for travel to trade fairs, client sites, etc. on an occasional basis
