Position Description:

The ideal candidate for Online Accounts Coordinator will have a general knowledge of the online advertising industry, be proficient with Microsoft Office and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of professionals. The Online Accounts Coordinator will work closely with Client Service Manager and support the Director of Online Business Development and the sales force.

Qualifications:

Daily duties associated with Online Accounts Coordinator role include but are not limited to:1) Ensuring all sales contracts are entered properly into proprietary system and correct internal personnel are informed2) Communicating all planned activity with outside sales force to ensure accuracy of systems3) Aggregating and reporting results of all online activity to outside sales representatives, clients and management.4) Resolving discrepancies with any activity and billings5) Proofing external ad campaigns prior to launch6) Providing general support to outside sales force as acting contact point to all internal needsRequirements include: 1. Ability to professionally interface with internal members of Online Account Team, Outside Sales Force and clients. 2. 1-3 years of related experience, preferably online experience3. Learn and become proficient in internal and external reporting software programs4. Exceptional organization skills 5. Ability to prioritize key objectives and adapt quickly to changing of direction6. Strong command of Microsoft Office
