Online Ad Ops Traffic Coordinator - Leading Financial Media Company - Base up to $50k

For over ten years our client has been a leading financial media company.  They engage audiences on video and digital platforms through some of the Internet’s best known sites and some of the industry’s most popular columns.  Through their network, the company produces and distributes content to millions of readers weekly.

This client is in search of an Advertising Operations Coordinator for their New York office to support their sales team. This candidate is motivated, has a strong grasp of the online advertising space, and wants to utilize their knowledge and skills while representing a top-tier business and financial site.

 

Responsibilities:

 

· Traffic and maintain ad campaigns using DoubleClick DART.

· Manage campaign process, including requesting creative and troubleshooting ad issues.

· Review creative submissions to meet technical specifications.

· Test creative as needed for site quality assurance.

· Generate campaign reports for clients and sales team.

· Reconcile all campaigns with third party data.

· Assist Sales Team with traffic and creative specification inquiries.

· Assist in preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.

· Conduct some research for presentations and prospecting.

· Provide excellent customer service for client and agencies.

 

Requirements:

 

· At least 1 year of trafficking experience using DoubleClick DART for Publishers, or comparable ad server such as Atlas.

· Proactive, detail-oriented nature.

· Strong with Microsoft Office.

· Familiarity with HTML, Flash and rich media.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
