Position Description:

Monitor and track online (Sales, Advertisement, and Website) performance by formatting raw data from Sales Management, Web Analytics, and Advertising systems into recommended formats for analysis & clarity. Ensure integrity of data by validating data sources. Automate reports generation process by partnering with internal departments and developing standardized, repeatable processes. No supervisory/management responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Core Job Responsibilities:•Update Sales Performance Scorecards•Monitor discounting trends by sales person•Track revenue, and growth of online products•Track Online ad performance trends by ad unit type such as leader board and skyscraper•Research industry benchmarks •Support sales team in creating sales collateralSkills/Experience Requirements: •Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative field, or Business•1+ years experience in Finance, Sales Analytics, and/or Quantitative role•Experience in data analysis and problem solving with large amounts of data is preferred•Expertise in Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point•Familiarity with databases such as MS Access preferred•Pro-active, high energy, and positive attitude•Ability to interact effectively and liaise with other departments
