Outside Sales Professional Needed

About the Company Our Town Publishing is located in Medway Ma and has been producing premium 4 color local Telephone Resource Guides for over 35 years. We currently publish in the towns of Holliston, Dover, Sherborn, and are working on the towns of Weston, and Norwood. We are looking for experienced outside sales associate to call upon existing and new advertisers in these areas. About the Opportunity Duties: Service existsing accounts, obtain orders, establish new accounts by calling on existing or potential advertisers Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needs. Communicate with graphics department regarding ad layout

Qualifications

Experience communicating regular status to clients, superiors, and peers.

Knowledge of how to develop newsletters, compose memos, and direct correspondence to keep employees informed of new company developments and events.

Presents information effectively and persuasively across communication settings.

Speaks clearly and effectively in a variety of settings.

Demonstrates persistence. Strives to improve skills and achieve goals despite setbacks, obstacles.

Closes the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.
