PHP Web Developer

Hachette Filipacchi Media (HFM), the world’s leading publisher of consumer magazines, has an opportunity for a PHP Web Developer to be part of a team of high-powered software developers. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in developing PHP web applications for Hachette Filipacchi Media’s digital media online efforts.

The candidate must have the qualifications listed below.2+ years experience with Object Oriented PHP and MySQL 4.0+ Experience with Content Management Systems is a plusHighly proficient with HTML/JavaScript/CSSExperience with source control software (SVN and/or VSS) Experience with PHP and AjaxIdeal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has attention to detail and exceptional organization skillsGood communication skillsMust have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, or equivalentKnowledge of Stored Procedures in MySQL 5 a plusKnowledge of PHP Frameworks and engines such as Smarty, eZPublish a huge plus
