POSITION TYPE: Full Time, EmployeeJOB CATEGORY: Accounting/Finance/InsuranceEDUCATION LEVEL: High School or equivalent Payment Processor Summary of Position:  This individual will be responsible for daily research and processing of cash receipts and collection efforts and performing other tasks as assigned.Position Responsibilities Including but not Limited to: Process incoming payments including: credit cards, lock box, wire transfers, and cash receipts; and follow-up on declined credit card payments as needed Research and follow-up on un applied payments received Process credit card charge backs and research other disputes Perform collection activities as needed Provide administrative support to the Finance staff as needed Maintain accurate supporting documentation and follow proper accounting guidelines and procedures for all of the aboveRequirements and Skills: High school graduate Strong keyboarding and 10 key skills required Proficiency with Microsoft products, especially Outlook, Excel and Word Proven organizational and communication skills a must Must be detail oriented (accuracy), self motivated, and a team player  About Ultimate Staffing Want to work with people who care about your personal and professional growth?
