Location: Old Tappan, NJ 07675 Job Status: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Relevant Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Education: Some College Coursework Completed Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Contact Information Company: Leafstone Staffing Email: Apply by Email Job Description Payroll Coordinator Our client, a major Publishing company located in Old Tappan, NJ is looking for a Payroll Coordinator for a short term temporary position.  The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the payroll process as it relates to the preparation, generation, and distribution of all weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls.  This includes new hires, terminations, LOA, manual check processing, and timesheet and special payment entry.  Establish and maintain procedures to ensure that there are checks and balances performed each pay period to ensure correct and timely payments.QUALIFICATIONS:Software: Ceridian and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)Education: High School diploma.  Some college preferred.
