manufacturing facility.  Bind-Rite Robbinsville is a state of the art facility located 45 minutes outside New York City, and 35 minutes from Philadelphia in Robbinsville, NJ.  We print and bind one and two color paper back books, catalogs, directories and manuals. Qualifications

Two positions open, day and working night shift supervisor.

Heatset Web Pressroom Manager to assume responsibility for managing the day to day

production functions of our web pressroom.

5 – 10 years as a pressroom manager in a book manufacturing facility.

Must have multiple web and folder experience.

Competency in Chopper, and ribbon fold configurations.

Knowledge of book impositions, perfect binding & saddle stitch binding.

Hands on proficiency with multiple Timsons heatset web presses and folders

 

Responsibilities: 

Demonstrates ability to effectively plan, coordinate and implement consistent uniform systems and

procedures that result in all three shifts of pressroom personnel being properly supported by management

and assures top quality, optimal press running time, with minimal makeready time, and paper waste. 

Assures compliance with all safety, health and environmental requirements.

Achieve outstanding production efficiency by strictly controlling waste, carefully managing labor.

Act ethically, honestly and consistently at all times.
