Print Sales - Charleston SC

Job Purpose:

Establish a customer base through soliciting print buyers by means of cold calling and referrals in the Charleston, SC area.



Duties:

* Prepares work to be processed by gathering, sorting, organizing, and recording print requests, information, and documents.



* Assist in print requests by clarifying requirements; coordinating deadlines; communicating estimates



* Maintains print process by monitoring job status; resolving problems with customers; forwarding proofs when needed.



* Maintains sale contact databases by entering information.



* Obtains and provides print services information by answering the telephone; responding to requests; researching print job status.




* Maintains quality results by following company provided standards.



* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.



* Enhances print department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.



Skills/Qualifications:

Organization, Project Management, Quality Focus, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Customer Service, Problem Solving, Telephone Skills, Judgment, Decision Making, Commercial Graphics Experience a plus.
