Print and Sign Shop Manager

A small printing (Heidleberg DI and AB Dick) and sign company (Mimaki JVC3) with 5 employees is seeking  a manager for printing and sign shop in Gulf Shores, Alabama, The right person may have an interest in acquiring an equity stake in the company.  The right person is a self-starter  with excellent financial, management, and communication skills. Management duties include  financial management from job intake costing and pricing, efficient production scheduling, and insuring payment is received for product  upon delivery. Knowledge of PrintSmith and Quickbooks helpful. Knowledge of printing and graphic design helpful. Ability to supervise and get along with employees  and please customers essential.
