Allegra Print & Imaging, located in San Leandro, CA, has been servicing the San Leandro area for many years. We are growing and we are looking a sales/marketing professional who will help us continue our strong growth trend. This is a great opportunity for the professional that wants to just sell without anything to hold them back. We are seeking a professional that is looking to become a partner with future customers. Not just any sales person-- definitely not an order-taker-- but rather a ‘consultant’ who can listen first and then develop creative, fact-based recommendations for our new and existing clients. Strong cold calling skills and the ability to discover the needs of the clients and then structure a winning solution is what we need. We are extremely supportive of our sales staff. Independent thinking is encouraged and new markets are always welcomed. We want someone who will be with us, grow with us, for years to come and will eventually lead our entire selling effort. Responsibilities of this opportunity:
· Identify prospects and pursue incoming leads as you build new client relationships.
· Learn all the tools and our capabilities, then develop and present custom recommendations to help clients achieve their goals.
· Consistently achieve sales revenue and margin goals, following our established selling methodology while offering your ideas for its improvement. Track and report results.
· Professionally represent our company, our positioning, and our values in all venues—clients, vendors, and the community.
· Work as a strong team member within our organization-- provide good information, collaborate, and follow procedures to solve any issues.
· Contribute your improvement ideas to any and all aspects of our company.

· Demonstrated success in a consultative sales environment
· Creative thinker who can craft unique and compelling solutions
· Inquisitive, probing mind and desire to listen and learn
· Confidence, composure—a pro.
· Success at opening new clients, building strong relationships, and nurturing them over the long term; gets a charge out of cold-calling (although that’s not all you’d be doing)
· Goal-oriented, driven, energetic, and tenacious on follow-up, with a documented track record of hitting your goals
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; articulate and polished
· Great presentation skills—‘buttoned up’
· Strong quantitative skills, with an appreciation for metrics tracking
· Highly motivated, very organized, and a self-starter
· Not only proficient, but excited about technology and its benefits—Office, ACT!, estimating software, digital communications, databases, etc

Absolute minimum requirements:Four (4) years outside sales experience in a consultative selling environment4-year college degree is desirableClean background and valid driver’s license
