MERCHANDISING - Product Mix Administrator Headquartered in scenic Port Washington, NY, Publishers Clearing House is a leading multi-channel direct marketer of value-based consumer products and magazines promoted with a chance to win huge sweepstakes prizes through the mail or from its rapidly growing website, pch.com. With approximately 400 full-time employees, over 40% of the company’s profits go to the benefit of charities. PCH is currently seeking a Merchandising - Product Mix Administrator. JOB DESCRIPTION:(Essential Functions)Schedule meetings – all meetings must follow scheduled deadlines Check mailing lineups and review with Manager Alert Manager to any open slots and recommend mix products Review Planning’s issues and make any relevant changes to retails, cost reductions, savings etc. and send to Sourcing; react to any Sourcing feedback as well as any repeat product issues Run FTO meetings; mark any changes and give to Database Administrator Email open issues to the appropriate distribution Handle administrative function Review all T&O change forms and failed QC emails; react/alert Manager as needed including any major cost/retail changes issued by Sourcing Review space allocations against the theme chart; give changes to Theme Chart Administrator Review product clearings with mailing package, slot immediate mix need or keep track of items for future use; review with Manager. Assistant Project Manager for MAPS Track open super values for featuring and alert Manager to any non-resolved or rejected super values Review feedback from Expo and update mix list as needed, append SKUs when issued and request SKUs to be determined from Sourcing Handle product suggestions; work with Marketing to determine meeting dates and deadlines; bring history and pictures of items to Marketing meeting; keep spreadsheet with product suggestions; final lineups and results Special projects/analyses as needed  SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s Degree Excellent follow-up skills Good attention to detail Administrative skills a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills a must, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables Experience in merchandising a plus  Publishers Clearing House is an Equal Opportunity Employer. PUBLISHERS CLEARING HOUSE – Great people. Challenging Opportunities. To apply, please include a cover letter and salary history.PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME VIA OUR WEBSITE http://www.pchjobs.com/
