Product Mix Internet Coordinator Headquartered in scenic Port Washington, NY, Publishers Clearing House is a leading multi-channel direct marketer of value-based consumer products and magazines promoted with a chance to win huge sweepstakes prizes through the mail or from its rapidly growing website, pch.com. With approximately 400 full-time employees, over 40% of the company’s profits go to the benefit of charities. PCH is currently seeking a Product Mix Internet Coordinator. JOB DESCRIPTION:(Essential Functions)Check internet rights for products selected; follow up with Sourcing as needed Print out the T&O and/or check for any special comments for each SKU that could prevent the item from being offered Read all change forms for details affecting .com lineups and make/recommend any necessary changes; handle all follow-up emails required Review/proofread all emails before deployment; check prices, art, copy and offers against T&O for accuracy and make any promotional suggestions as needed Analyze reports issued by .com Marketing and Planning as well as review all offline and previous .com sales for top and bottom sellers Work with the Senior Director and Sourcing on special opportunity “incremental” email products such as ASTV, timely or holiday products; identify and slot with Sourcing all internet-only products, follow up with Purchasing and track/report on results Attend weekly status meeting to review results, lineups, issues and questions Review and help with data analysis Update features chart with changes and mailing results Report on sales information  SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s Degree Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel skills a must Experience in merchandising a plus Good attention to detail Excellent follow-up skills a must  Publishers Clearing House is an Equal Opportunity Employer. PUBLISHERS CLEARING HOUSE – Great people. Challenging Opportunities. To apply, please include a cover letter and salary history. PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME VIA OUR WEBSITE http://www.pchjobs.com/
