This position will assist in maintaining, administering and enhancing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application at RR Donnelley.Qualifications1. Technical skills required include .NET (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET), VB6, VBScript,Oracle 9i/10g,SQL Server. Exposure to Java, JavaScript and Web Development (HTML, CSS) a plus.2. Communication skills needed for both written and verbal interaction including ability to interact with other technical team members as well as participating in help desk support and on-site deployment/support with end-users.3. Understanding of system design and testing work flow needed to document issues, define solutions and/or test/rollout application changes.4. Ability to prioritize effectively while troubleshooting issues in a fast-paced multitasking environment.5. College Degree highly preferred.6.
