Project Manager/Customer Service Representative

Baesman Printing Corporation, has an immediate opening for a Project Manager/Customer Service Representative at our state-of-the-art facility in central Ohio.  Established in 1952, we are central Ohio's largest commercial printer and recently received our 6th year of "Business First 50 Fastest Growing Companies in Columbus".

 

The responsibilities of this position include:

 Taking specifications for jobs from customers Submitting estimates and quotes Providing job plans & layouts Monitoring the status of the job in production Status updates Ensuring each job meets the customers expectations

 

The ideal candidate would have:

 Four years experience in a similar position in lithographic printing  Excellent customer service skills Strong project management skills Ability to understand and monitor job schedules Excellent problem solving skills
