Final Inspection Specialist

Job Duties
Position Summary:
Review completed advertisements to verify the accuracy of Production Artist judgments or assumptions and pre-selected criteria, i.e.: image selection, copy points, etc. Document any discrepancies and return to Studio Department for corrections.

Primary Responsibilities:
1.Read advertisements for specific Production Artist judgments/assumptions and image selection and verify accuracy against supplied customer copy sheet.

2.Ensure that advertisement contains correct information including, but not limited to: name, address, telephone number, web address, and e-mail, by using supplied information.

3.Electronically mark corrections on advertisement using Adobe Illustrator.

4.Return advertisements with incorrect judgments/assumptions to Production Artists for corrections. Approve advertisements if no corrections are required.

5.Complete understanding of all rules and guidelines for advertisement construction.

6.Accurately record corrections and productivity.

Job Requirements
Education:
•Two year college degree preferred

Work Experience:
•1-2 years job related experience preferred

Computer/Technical Skills:
•General computer knowledge required
•Microsoft Office
•Basic Adobe Illustrator preferred

Soft Skills
•Detail Accuracy needed to ensure correct information and images were used
•Written Communication/Grammar/Spelling a must for ensuring all information on ad is correct.
