Are you a seasoned Sales Executive/Publisher who has had responsibility for a $1-3 million territory? Have you managed and developed a team of Sales Representatives? Do you have experience in the B2B Publishing arena? If so then this position may be for you.

 

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Leader to take the lead for a selection of our publications and oversee a team of Sales Representatives as Publisher.

 

ResponsibilitiesAssists management in creating and executing a strategy for revenue growth on a $ 1-3 million property. Set, direct and manage sales to exceed annual financial targets and increase market share. Evaluate, retain, develop and motivate sales personnel to increase results, productivity, and job satisfaction, and recruit when necessary. Meet with customers to increase investment and perception of the brand. Work with marketing to drive sales. 30-50% travel is required.

 

QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of successful business-to-business sales management experience with 2 or more direct reports. Proven track record of successful sales and solid sales management with significant growth of revenue and market share. Successful experience in driving sales of Internet-based products, with knowledge of Internet advertising metrics and sales techniques. Excellent communication skills both internally and externally.Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online communications.
