Quality Assurance Manager

We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to work closely with our shared service center to ensure we meet the standards of excellence demanded by out customers and clients.  We need an energetic, detailed self-starter who can handle multi-tasking and a fast-paced environment. 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 Perform random quality checks on orders throughout the fulfillment, process, including but not limited to order entry, set building, picking, packing and shipping.Perform quality checks on all stages of all orders over $10,000, all exhibit and show orders and all international orders.Perform quality checks on inventory levels, location of items and receiving process. Oversee the inventory adjustment process.Work with management to maintain proper inventory levels and control.Documents all quality checks performed. Insures that all inspections and reporting are SOX compliant.Works with management to insure timely and accurate entry and shipment of all orders.Run reports to test internal data, including various order entry system, fulfillment system, and more

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 2 years Quality Assurance experience.Some experience in a distribution/fulfillment or production environment.College degree strongly preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and the ability to keep accurate records. Ability to use SQL to query databases strongly desired.Ability to frequently lift objects that are 30 pounds or more and work in a production environment when necessary.
