Position Description:

Reed Business Information is looking for a customer focused team player to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in our Highlands Ranch facility. As Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting and badging visitors, operating a multi-line switchboard, and paging and directing calls within Reed Business Information. Will also provide administrative support to Customer Service and other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

This position requires an individual with excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to perform efficiently in a multi-task environment. Must have top notch organizational skills and be detail oriented. Requires excellent phone skills, prior experience with a multi-line switchboard and knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel. Professional demeanor and front office appearance is required.
