HR GENERALIST/RECRUITER

 

This opportunity requires a candidate with a broad generalist background to act as a company resource for recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, coaching and counseling, payroll processing, and support of miscellaneous projects in alignment with organizational objectives. Candidate must have significant experience developing and implementing policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator that thinks critically, implements tactically, and will have a key role in maintaining a workplace that contributes to the future successes of the business.

Other requirements include:
-Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships across the organization
-Innovation and willingness to challenge status quo
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Knowledge of benefits, hiring process, and compliance issues

-25% Travel within NJ 

5+ years experience in manufacturing environment and PHR preferred. Experience is a high volume staffing firm would be a plus.  The successful candidate will be, organized, professional, and capable of operating with the highest level of integrity.
