Reprographic Operator

Reprographic Operator to assist in coordinating and preparing projects for printing, from start to delivery.  Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: downloading jobs from e-mail or print queue, sizing, reproducing, sorting and finishing as requested; establishing and maintaining quality controls to ensure work accuracy; maintaining logs of downtime, repairs and meter charges of all copiers/printers in the company; placing and tracking equipment service calls; and replacing toner, cleaning machines and stocking paper as required.
 
Additional duties include: picking up, sorting and delivering USPS Mail and interoffice mail; sorting and bundling outgoing mail; operating and maintaining postage machine; assisting customers with special delivery packages, including DHL, UPS, and Fed Ex; and applying postage to outgoing company mail.
 
The ideal candidate will possess the following basic qualifications: At least 2 years of print/ copy experience, basic experience in sorting, delivering mail, and processing mail; basic computer knowledge of MS Office programs in order to size and print; detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in fast-paced deadline environment.  Excellent customer service skills and communication skills is required.
