Revenue Administrator

Access Intelligence, a fast growing, leading publisher of business to business media has an immediate opening for a Revenue Administrator. This position will be responsible for maintenance of the billing log; auditing the billing package; communicating discrepancies to the billing requester; generating and mailing invoices; filing; controlling the delinquency for assigned products using customer contact and adherence to collection procedures; evaluating the assigned portfolio and developing a collection strategy; recommending credit hold based on individual account circumstances and collection policy; preparing adjustments for all legitimate requests on specific accounts to include required approvals; responding to client requests for financial information (W-9s, vendor profiles, etc.) in a timely manner; accurately preparing required daily, weekly and monthly reports; establishing, maintaining and building positive and productive working relationships with our internal customers and remote locations.

The qualified candidate will have 3+ years accounts receivable or customer service experience; strong Excel spreadsheet skills; excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management; be service and detail oriented; possess excellent organizational and time management skills; the ability to exercise good judgment; take initiative and accept responsibility.
