SENIOR NETWORK ENGINEER

Network Design/Implementation/Monitoring/Administration Remote access Design/Implementation/Monitoring/Administration Make hardware and budget recommendations. High availability engineering for mission critical applications. On-call work for off hours events. Create internal support documentation Supervisory Responsibilities: There will be supervisory responsibilities with at least one direct report. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong self-starter Expert level network design and troubleshooting skills. Expert level experience with Cisco switches and routers. Expert level experience with juniper firewalls. Experience with Linux Experience with Checkpoint, and BSD firewalls. Experience with Netscaler (Citrix) load balancers a plus. Experience with storage replication a plus. Experience with Apache, Tomcat, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle a plus. Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or 4 years of commensurate experience.
