Currently we have an exceptional opening for a Sales Representative located in the Little Rock, AR area. Sales Representatives visit colleges and universities, interview faculty members and assist them with matching our textbook and technology products to their course requirements. In addition, our Sales Representatives also communicate closely with our marketing and editorial teams to develop new projects for publishing in national and local markets as well as driving sales of all existing products and maintain positive relations with faculty members and college bookstore personnel.Successful candidates for the position must demonstrate:' Academic Excellence: strong academic performance and a 4-year degree' High Achievement: recognition for excelling in a college and work environment' Sales Experience or Aptitude: enthusiasm for the process of investigating, creating and fulfilling customers' needs' Motivation: the drive to achieve beyond what is expected' Interest in Publishing and Communication: experience or curiosity about the development of traditional and technology based intellectual property' Technological Proficiency: working knowledge of the internet and basic software applications and programs We offer an excellent compensation/benefits package including full medical/dental/vision coverage and an incentive benefits package including a competitive salary and bonus plan, company car expenses, and an opportunity to grow with the industry leader.
